Michael Sarwari

Michael Sarwari is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, author, and speaker from Silicon Valley with a career spanning real estate, technology, and healthcare. He built one of the largest real estate companies in the country, generating over $500 million in revenues in 2008, and has shared stages with iconic leaders, including Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Les Brown, and others. Leveraging his strong background in technology and healthcare, Michael has led large-scale initiatives for startups and Fortune 500 companies alike. He has held leadership roles at organizations such as Sutter Health, Delta Dental, Wells Fargo, West Marine, Apple, and Williams-Sonoma, where he drove innovation in big data analytics, AI, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects. Michael has also served as a Senior Technology Leader and Program Manager, guiding multi-million-dollar programs across industries. In addition to corporate leadership, Michael has raised more than $100 million from private investors, shareholders, and venture capital firms for both real estate and technology ventures. He is an active angel investor in Silicon Valley startups and has deep connections with entrepreneurs navigating IPOs and high-growth scaling. Michael’s expertise extends to start-ups, turnarounds, and investment strategy, where he bridges the gap between entrepreneurs and institutional investors. Recently, he has been deeply engaged in Rotary Club leadership and community development projects, mentoring high school students in technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship, while also spearheading real estate acquisitions in the Sacramento and Central Valley regions. Academically, Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pepperdine University, a BS in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and pursued doctoral studies in Big Data Analytics at Colorado Technical University.

Learn from an Experienced Investor and CFO with Many Years of Experience

Chris Edington got his start as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter for a major bank. After underwriting over $500 million in closed transactions, he branched into technology projects in various industries to include retail, manufacturing and enterprise systems. Currently, he is the CFO of Express Realty Co, where he is responsible for transitioning small operator investors into larger portfolios of multifamily properties. Chris has invested in over 649 doors.
