Our Presenters have a unique investment opportunity in senior living that will be presented in this evening’s webinar, and will discuss the reasons why senior living is the next best investment that most investors would want to look into. Silicon Valley is one of the strongest housing markets in the country, especially for seniors.

Post pandemic migration has created an acute shortage of housing in the area, making any kind of quality senior housing difficult to find. The US population adds 10,000 seniors per day which means approximately 1,200 seniors every day in the State of California. Since most senior housing projects only have space for 125-150 residents, it’s clear no reasonable rate of construction could absorb the demand. We’re expecting demand for senior housing units to be exceptional since most major recent projects have been fully booked (no vacancies) for years. The availability of other housing options is limited which just helps solidify demand and a “buying” decision from many seniors.

Michael is a seasoned investor, author, speaker, and entrepreneur from Silicon Valley. Michael built one of the largest real estate companies in the country with over $1/2 billion in revenues in a single year. Michael has a strong information technology and healthcare background which he has been able to leverage to conduct due diligence and make lucrative business recommendations. He has built large scale technology solutions for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Michael’s background includes management experience with such companies as Sutter Health, Delta Dental, Wells Fargo, West Marine, Apple, William Sonoma and many others. Michael has extensive start-up and turnaround experience. He understands entrepreneurs and their business concerns and provides a bridge between entrepreneurs and Investment banking firms. Michael has a strong connection to Silicon Valley business startups going public. Michael has successfully spearheaded many large capital raises from private investors, shareholders and VC firms for technology companies as well as real estate transactions and is personally involved as an angel investor in multiple Silicon Valley startups. A renowned investing expert, Michael has shared the stage at arena-sized business conferences with such notables as Tony Robbins, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Les Brown and many others. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from the University of Nevada, Reno. Michael studies included working on his doctorate with a focus on Big Data Analytics.

Chris Edington

Learn from an Experienced Investor and CFO with Many Years of Experience

Chris Edington got his start as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter for a major bank. After underwriting over $500 million in closed transactions, he branched into technology projects in various industries to include retail, manufacturing and enterprise systems. Currently, he is the CFO of Express Realty Co, where he is responsible for transitioning small operator investors into larger portfolios of multifamily properties. Chris has invested in over 649 doors.
